Executive Sparring

is a super-efficient blend of consulting and coaching for executives and entrepreneurs. 90% of the time it's about business or career, related tasks, challenges and opportunities!

As your sparring partner, I'll ask questions, offer solutions and highlight new opportunities. I'll try to tell you how to realize these opportunities, help you with contacts or directions to find them. What I won't do is to do something instead of you. Or I will, but that's a different story :)

Who's here?

Most likely we know each other, or someone you trust told you about me.

I'm Mike Daykhin, a manager and entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience. I have a pretty good understanding of the business specifics of at least 10 industries, from telecom to banks and fintech, from TV to e-commerce, etc. I've also done partnerships with probably a dozen more. I have a huge outlook and vision, and most importantly - a mindset that synthesizes opportunities from this knowledge.

My superpower is the desire and ability to understand how business models work and where the reserves of additional income are hidden.

I was born and raised in Rostov-on-Don, lived for almost 20 years in Moscow, and now in Tel Aviv. So you and I will work online, and I'll tell you the rest at the warm-up.

That's what I mean, I stole the name "Executive Sparring" and will be proud to use it :) It instantly "clicked" in my head! It's something I know, love and have been practicing for a long time! However, I never gave it space and never told many people about it. I'm fixing it now!
